I work as a realtor for freedom home mortgage and I was selling this house in NYC that was beautiful and found that I had to hire mold inspectors or the appraiser would not give me a value on the house. When they finally came and performed mold inspections in the different rooms. They were able to point out that I actually had been a victim of roof mold which is not that rare in NYC or NJ. When I found this out I was amazed and did have them come back for the mold abatement to get rid of any harmful mold spores that may have been floating in the air.
At Titanium Laboratories they have none less than kind mold inspectors. I have to be honest I thought a mold inspector would be a lot different you know because I am from NYC. I was watching the worlds dirtiest jobs on TV the other day an I saw that a mold inspector had made it to the list of the top ten. They showed mold inspectors performing multiple mold inspections and mold remediation techniques in both NYC and buildings all over NJ including .
